Schodack Supervisor Beth Secor has made no secret of her alliances with liberals Legislator Flora Fasoldt or Assemblyman Tim Gordon. That meant big problems for her in the GOP primary, where she lost big to newcomer Dennis Dowds. Dowds has promised to take the town in a fiscally conservative direction, and the primary helped unite Republican forces that will help make the GOP stronger heading to the general election.
