The quietest candidate for a county-wide seat is building big momentum. Respected attorney Arthur Dunn has the Republican, Independence and Conservative lines, and is waging a primary for the Working Families endorsement. Democrats have a bruising three-way primary ahead, and face the prospect of dealing with Dunn, who will have at least three lines – possibly four – in November.
