Hillary's Slip Continues

Barack Obama is poised to make next Tuesday another bad day for Hillary Clinton, when Wisconsin Dems vote in the primary and the Hawaii Dems hold their caucuses. There hasn't been any released about Hawaii, but in Wisconsin, all indicators point toward Obama winning by a landslide. These are the last primaries before Ohio and Texas, states where Hillary absolutely must win big if she's going to stay in the race. Failure to win on Tuesday will mean that Hillary has gone the entire month of February without winning a single contest. Everyone knows how nice it would have been for New York Dems to have Hillary Clinton at the top of the ticket, but it's looking more and more like that was just a dream.

Rensselaer County Dems, obviously, aren't terribly pleased about that. In fact, we're hearing that a younger, unofficial faction of the Democrats is taking serious heat for voicing support for Obama. "Punishment" is even being discussed. The outfit was making phone calls to voters in Iowa and New Hampshire, encouraging them not to vote for Hillary. How has Boss Wade reacted? We'll let you know as soon as we find out. In the meantime, it wouldn't be such a bad idea to warm up the grand jury.
