Rest in peace, Neil W. Kelleher. The former Assemblyman and Troy mayor passed away Thursday after a brief illness. His son, Rensselaer County Legislature Chairman Neil Kelleher has carried on the family's public service tradition and joined politicians of all stripes in giving a great and touching send-off to a true giant.
