Poisoning Progress

The Democrat majority of the Troy City Council continues their work to upend any progress in the Collar City. Not satisfied with blocking a deal to replace the crumbling City Hall and earn Troy $2.5 million, the Dunne-o-crats are working on blowing up the SEFCU deal in downtown.

Essentially, Councilman Dunne and his gang sicced the state on the project and now the entire deal has been jeopardized. For the Democrats, it's more about the process than the product and taxpayers suffer, losing convenience and an expanded tax base.
