Dem Governor front runner Eliot Spitzer has unveiled his fourth television advertisement. Quite a media blitz. But again, the ad focuses on what Spitzer has done as Attorney General.
Whether or not you think Spitzer did a good job is AG, don’t you want to hear what Eliot has planned as governor? This guy is reputed by his supporters to be the best and the brightest, but the only specific thing he can promise after four different television ads is that he will “bring passion back” to the governor’s office.
Medicaid reform? Economic development? Job creation? No mention yet by Eliot. But he’s got passion.
Some critics are on the money, asking where the AG is on the recent spike in gas prices. Where’s the crusade on an issue that affects every New Yorker?
