No Candidates?

County Democrats will meet tonight in North Greenbush to try to put together a ticket but last-ditch efforts to find a candidate for County Executive or County Clerk appear to have failed. Boss Wade was heard promising one prospective candidate $100,000 in campaign cash if they ran, which is curious, considered the historic inability of Democrats to raise campaign funds in 2009. The ability of Wade to pretend he has clout in landing Senate jobs also vanished last week.
