Upstate New York? Don't you mean Westchester?

The ever-likable Andy Cuomo is picking up speed in his bid for the Dem nomination for Attorney General. It’s pretty understandable that Spitzer would not be excitd by having Andy as AG, seeing as how Andy has made it clear he wants to be governor. But the real interesting point is that Cuomo securing the nomination would mean the Dems were running an entire statewide ticket out of New York City (Spitzer, Paterson, Hevesi and presumably Cuomo).

Does that mean the Dems would have an strategy for revitalizing upstate or just ideas about charity for the vast expanse north of the five boroughs?
